To help parents learn to identify poor neuromuscular control as an injury risk factor, this workshop teaches parents how to evaluate the quality of their child's movement using photos or videos taken with a mobile device.

APP-GUIDED, NEUROMUSCULAR TRAINING FOR TEAMS
Training Program | HSS | FreeAthletes do four 7-minute neuromuscular training sessions per week as a warmup before practice or at home, like homework.
Audio, text and visual cues focused on mechanics. Taught by experts and reinforced with multimodal cues.
Athletes rate every session and earn achievements. Consistency and persistence is rewarded.
Track progress alongside teammates. Progress and performance is transparent for athletes, coaches and athletic directors.

A neuromuscular training program designed as a warmup for soccer, ages 14 and up.Part 1: Running (8 min)
